1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdt96 ("bdt96", "Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the bdt96 website at https://bdt96.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or used on behalf of another player.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

10. Account Suspension & Termination

bdt96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where bdt96 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, is involved in money laundering, has provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure initiated by the player, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not yet converted through completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 11. Limitation of Liability
